Using Trello

To understand what is going on, you need to follow three Trello-boards:

The Projects-board shows where each project is currently going. Each project has it’s own card, and all important client communication and other project information is written to the project card comments. Check this out to stay on track of any project.

Tasks: https://trello.com/b/TXdAq83M/lianamobile-tasks

The Tasks-board tells us what is under development right now. Instead of developing a mobile app from start to finish in one long cycle, we split projects into smaller sub-projects called phases. Each of these project phases has it’s own card in the Tasks-board, which includes checklists what the current project phase includes.

The Weeks-board is to stay on track of day-to-day stuff and weekly goals. It has a card for each week that includes a checklist of tasks to be done during that week and brief memos of daily meetups. You can also find our Release Calendar and Week Lists from this board.
