Information about these two important project roles

Account Manager

The sales contact of the project
Should be kept informed about all major project progress (updates, delays, changes etc)
Attends major client meetings if available (kickoff, proto, draft, release..)
All sales-related things should be ran through the Account Manager before offering any prices for extra work etc. to client

Manages the development of the project
Knows the project’s current status at all times
Is up-to-date with any development tasks and knows what is going on
Attends major client meetings (kickoff, proto, draft, release) and technical client meetings (integration planning etc.)
Contacts the client about any questions (AppStore accounts, Google Play accounts) or missing materials (logos, brand guidelines)
Informs the client and Account Manager about any major project progress (updates, delays, changes etc)
Keeps all development team members in the loop about complete project progress (in dailies, chat etc)

Informs the client and Account Manager about new builds via email that includes:

List of updates deployed
Current project situation (Are we on schedule? Any open issues/matters/questions?)
Next steps (next update schedule & contents)

Updates the Trello project-card with any new information, such as:

Handles all general communication with the client and Account Manager, such as:

Sets up communication with any 3rd parties (= connects the right developer to the right personnel), such as:

Everyone else working on the project
Has rough knowledge on the current project progress (for situations when the Project Manager is away/sick/vacation etc.)
Has in-depth knowledge on their own project tasks’ progress
Does not directly contact the client and instead contacts the Project Manager unless otherwise agreed
